With 18 years of experience in digital marketing, Thomas Tharp brings a wealth of industry knowledge, practical experience, and a client-first approach to Happy To Help Marketing.
Thomas began his marketing career working for a Yellow Pages company as the advertising industry was transitioning from traditional print directories to digital marketing. That experience gave him a firsthand perspective on how businesses have adapted to changing technology, consumer behavior, and the ways customers discover products and services.
Today, Thomas enjoys working directly with clients to understand their goals, explain how digital marketing works, and help them make informed decisions about growing their businesses online.
One of his strongest beliefs is that a successful digital marketing strategy starts with a solid website. A well-structured, search-engine-friendly website creates the foundation for helping potential customers discover a business and understand the services it provides.
Thomas especially enjoys working with nonprofit organizations. Helping mission-driven organizations increase their visibility, connect with supporters, and make a meaningful difference is particularly rewarding to him.

I was born in Missouri, but I’ve been a Hoosier practically my entire life. I grew up in Franklin, Indiana, and have called Bloomington home for the past 30 years. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I’m a record collector, an avid horror movie fan, and I love spending time outdoors camping and hiking. What sports teams do you follow?
I’m a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Indiana Hoosiers, Indiana Pacers, and Pittsburgh Steelers. What’s one of your favorite places in Bloomington?
I’m a proud member of the Elks and really enjoy spending time at the Bloomington lodge. What’s your favorite place to get away?
Indiana’s state parks. There’s nothing quite like getting outside and exploring the natural beauty we have right here in our home state.
